Passenger Seat Belts:

At Wynne MotorCoaches, we do not think that Safety is an accident; It is a way of life. Wynne is one of the few US based charter coach carriers that have installed passenger seat belts as standard equipment on all of its equipment (Mini-Buses, Mini-Coaches, and MotorCoaches). Since the US has no standard for passenger seat belts, Wynne researched the European Union’s (EU) standards. The EU has more chartered tour coaches operating on its highway system than any place on the globe. The EU mandates that a passenger seat belt withstand 6Gs (gravities) of force during an impact. Wynne’s passenger seat belts exceed that standard with the ability of withstanding 22Gs of force during an impact.

Wynne’s Preventative Maintenance Program:

Wynne maintains all of its vehicles to the highest possible state of cleanliness, both inside and out. All maintenance work done on Wynne’s vehicle fleet is performed by the vehicle manufacturer’s authorized dealerships or a certified mechanic and meet US and State DOT requirements.

Wynne maintains a complete set of vehicle maintenance and repair records. Each vehicle’s maintenance history file includes pre and post-shift inspection forms that have been filled out by each driver before and after their shift. This file includes mechanic-completed work orders. Additionally, Wynne records check in/checkout mileage on a daily basis. This mileage generates a preventive maintenance list and informs our staff which vehicles need servicing.

Each evening, all Wynne vehicles undergo an additional inspection by our maintenance department. During the nightly inspection, all fluids are filled to the proper level and a mileage reading is manually taken. Nightly cleaning of both the interior and exterior of each vehicle includes interior vacuuming, window washing, and exterior wash of body and windows. Wynne’s preventive maintenance includes brake work, oil changes, suspension, tire rotation, air conditioning systems and all other vehicle manufacturer recommended maintenance service.

Insurance Coverages:

Wynne MotorCoaches maintains a minimum of $5,000,000 in automobile insurance on all of its vehicles and $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance. All Wynne drivers are covered by an Occupational Accident Insurance policy. Wynne is happy to list its clients as “Additional Insured” on its insurance policies.
